We are vibrational beings! Our internal vibration influences those around us. Did you know that I can detect your heartbeat from 50 feet away, that when you are angry there is a different rhythm to that beat than when you are happy? So, if we can affect one another with a certain vibration, why don't we try choosing a vibration like the man on the train platform did and spread one that we enjoy? The practice here is to choose a vibration (joy, peace, frustration, love, silly, sad) and be it, on PURPOSE! Even more fun is to choose to be joyful in situations that you would not typically be joyful. Example: you spill your coffee-you could choose to be joyful – you could choose laughter, or you could choose anger. What do you choose?
